((paul joncich)) >> and i'm paul joncich... in for dave. the bullhead city police department released the body cam footage this afternoon... from yesterday's officer involved shooting. we want to warn you... this video could be tough for some people to watch: (( : put the gun down! drop the gun drop the gun! drop the gun! drop the gun! taser! get that taser up. hang on hang on... taser!" )) ((denise valdez)) >> the officers repeatedly told just when officers were about to tase him -- he pointed the gun toward them... forcing them to open fire. officers were serving jeffery cave with a search warrant when this confrontation took place. he died at the hospital. another officer was shot. he's still receiving treatment in the hospital but we're told
the man accused of killing a starbucks customer will face a judge again on november third. that's the date set for 34- year- old pedro garcia's preliminary hearing. he's accused of killing 41- year- old aleksandr khutsishvili a little before noon sunday. police tell us garcia entered the starbucks after his card was declined at the drive- thru... and exchanged words with the victim before shooting him. garcia's attorney says his client will plead 'not guilty' to the charges./// ((paul joncich)) police need your help finding a man accused of robbing us this is surveillance footage... showing a man walking around near nellis boulevard and bonanza on wednesday. police believe he may have been involved in a robbery that happened in a parking lot. we're told a man pulled out a small gun... and told a woman to give him her purse. the woman screamed... scaring the man off... he didn't get away with her purse. if you know anything... call police or crimestoppers./// ((denise valdez)) you may notice more and more new department stores opening for business in the valley... bringing dozens of jobs. curacao... a california-based company, is
